Perla Grigia is a holiday home, available for short-term rentals, a bit like a Bed and Breakfast in Gallarate or Malpensa MXP. Unlike a Bed and Breakfast, breakfast is not offered, but you can prepare it yourself in the apartment kitchen.
Description of the apartment, differences compared to a Bed and Breakfast in Gallarate or Malpensa, Italy
Two-room apartment, 42 m2, consisting of living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Number of guest accomodated: 3-4 (2-3 in the bedroom and 1 on the sofa bed in the living area). The fourth bed can be added, if necessary, in the bedroom, thanks to an armchair that converts into a bed.
First floor, with lift. Please note that there is a flight of stairs to reach the elevator.
By booking Perla Grigia, unlike a Bed and Breakfast in Gallarate or Malpensa MXP, you will get the entire apartment, entirely reserved for you and your family. There are no other guests.
Directions
- Check-in: from 3pm to 10pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: by 12:00 on the day of departure.
- Smoking is forbidden! Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and in the building.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- There are no equipment provided for younger children, you will have to bring them yourself.
For check-in, a smartphone with internet connection is required. Furthermore, by Italian law, all guests are required to show valid documents for registration.

There are no further cleanings or changes of linen, soaps and toilet paper other than on the day of check-in.
Please note that in Perla Grigia there is no TV and there is no summer air conditioning.

Usually, the cost of a vacation rental is cheaper than hotel stays. On the other hand, there are no additional services, cleaning, changes of towels or sheets, soaps, welcome kits, etc. in addition to those received on the day of checkin.
